Our platform enables restaurants to create and manage digital QR code menus. When you use our platform:

• Menu content and pricing are determined by the participating restaurant and may be modified or discontinued at their discretion.
• Menu information is provided for reference and may not reflect real-time availability at the participating restaurant.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of menu content or the policies of participating restaurants.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or any related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our express written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by CODOTDEV LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODOTDEV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CODOTDEV LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
